It is Sunday night and I am whooped! The time change did a number on me. I need all of my hours of sleep and going without one is not fun. I used to think something was strange with me because I needed so much sleep, but my Mom says I have been like that since I was 6 weeks old. I was a great baby,  I slept all the time, but I can’t do that as an adult.

On Friday, I picked Adam up from school with the class pet, a guinea pig named Max. We immediately took him out of the cage and fed him carrots. He is a small fur ball and Sadie, our 25 lb. labradoodle is terrified of him. Max goes back to school tomorrow and Sadie will be glad.

Yesterday, we cleaned the house and I finally emptied my suitcase from Dallas. My how things have changed, I used to be so on the ball. Our house is pretty straight now and mostly clean.

Gabriel and Noah went to the 2Xtreme polaroid scavenger hunt event. Adam and I went to run errands. Of course one of those errands included Target. We found out that you can get a medium icee for $1.48 or if you buy the icee/popcorn combo the price drops to $1.28. I was puzzled by this, but of course we got the combo to save the money.

Adam and I ended up at Starbucks. He was such a great errand runner and never complained about all the places we had to go. He just wanted to make sure we were going to Starbucks.

Our last event, was to celebrate two birthdays in one family. Melanie Velie, one of my amazing nursery team leaders pulled off two suprises her husband, Duane turned, 40 and her son, Michael turned 18 . Glad we could be there to help them celebrate.
